Who We Are:
Learn2Perform (L2P) is the former learning and performance management consulting arm of SystemLink. L2P engages only senior-level consultants with extensive backgrounds in consulting, learning and performance applications, and corporate learning and performance. L2P consultants all have multiple years of experience working with learning and performance management systems.
What We Do:
Learn2Perform provides consulting services throughout the entire project lifecycle for learning and performance systems, ranging from:

Our service model was developed as a response to the needs of our clients as they work on introducing learning and performance management to their organizations. Because every organization has unique needs, we have stayed away from the cookie cutter approach and instead developed a service model that is flexible enough to be applied to anywhere, while still addressing each organization's unique needs.
